These terms apply when you use the EPIXS Media website at https://epixs.in. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Use of our website
Content here is general information about what we do. You are welcome to read it, share links to it and use our free tools. You may not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers behind it;
- scrape or bulk-copy the content to republish it as your own;
- submit false details, other people’s details without their permission, or unlawful, abusive or misleading content through our forms or chat;
- use the site to send bulk or automated messages.
We may block access from any source that does these things, without notice.
Our free tools
The calculators and tools in our Labs section are provided free and as they are, for rough guidance only. Their results are estimates based on the figures you enter and on general industry assumptions. They are not financial, tax, legal or professional advice, and you should not make a business decision on the strength of a tool result alone. Where a tool can be embedded on another website, you may do so provided the attribution link back to this site is kept intact and visible.
The Sapien AI assistant
The chat assistant is generated by an AI language model. It can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and nothing it says is a quote, a commitment or professional advice. Anything that matters — price, scope, timeline, technical feasibility — is only binding when we confirm it in writing. Please do not enter confidential information, passwords or payment details into the chat. What you type is processed by a third party; our privacy policy explains that in full.
Quotes, proposals and projects
Prices shown or discussed on this site are indicative. A quote or proposal is based on the information you give us and is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. No work begins, and no obligation arises on either side, until we have a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, payment terms and deliverables. That agreement prevails over anything on this website if the two conflict.
Intellectual property
All branding, text, design, code and images on this website belong to EPIXS Media or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may quote a short extract with a credit and a link. You may not copy the site, or a substantial part of it, for commercial use.
Work we produce for a client transfers to that client on the terms of their project agreement, normally once the work has been paid for in full. Portfolio and case-study material is published with the client’s permission or with identifying details removed.
Third-party links
We link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the free tools and the AI assistant, at any time.
Limitation of liability
We take care over what we publish but make no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website or its free tools. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for paid client work is governed by the project agreement for that work.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent court. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove any protection your local law gives you that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
