You don't need to be everywhere. For most local businesses in India, Instagram and Facebook cover the audience, with WhatsApp as the conversion channel. Restaurants, retail and services do especially well on Instagram; B2B leans toward LinkedIn. Pick where your customers already spend time and go deep.
What to post
Lead with short video. Reels and short clips get the most reach in 2026. Mix behind-the-scenes, customer stories, before/after results, offers and quick tips. You don't need a studio — a phone, good light and consistency win.
Turn followers into customers
Engagement is not the goal — enquiries are. Make it effortless to contact you: a WhatsApp button, clear calls to action, and fast replies. Track which posts and campaigns actually lead to messages and bookings, and do more of those.
